  • Do you accept holiday vouchers ?
    • Yes, we do accept holiday vouchers. You must send the vouchers to us by post stating the file number, which can be found on the rental agreement you received by email, and the lead booking name. We recommend that you send the vouchers by recorded delivery with proof of receipt.

  • What payment methods are available?
    • You can prereserve your chosen apartment for 7 days. After this period your selection will be cancelled.

      To confirm your reservation you must pay a 25% pre-payment either by cheque, holiday vouchers, bank transfer or bank card via our website.

      The full rental must be paid less than 21 days before your arrival, using your preferred payment method above.

      AMERICAN EXPRESS cards are not accepted.

  • How can I pay rent via the internet?
    • You must use the access code we sent you when you selected this option. Make sure not to close the internet page before noting down your code and password.

      If you cannot remember it, it is the file number plus the first 5 letters of the lead name on the booking (in capitals).

  • Does this include cancellation insurance?
    • In the event of a cancellation notified before your stay, the rent shall be fully reimbursed, subject to valid supporting documents being presented.

      You are covered for: death, accident or serious illness, hospitalisation, accident of the insured party, their spouse, next-of-kin or children. Major professional reasons, summons to sit an exam or a civil service exam or any other administrative summons , significant material damage or theft at your home

      A sum of €20 is applied for file management fees

  • Are animals permitted ?
    • Yes, but animals are limited to 2 per apartment

  • Is it possible to reserve Sunday to Sunday?
    • Not during the winter season.
    • It is possible during the simmer season
  • What should I do if I arrive after the reception has closed?
    • Prévenir impérativement l’agence par téléphone au plus tard avant 18h le jour de votre arrivée, afin de connaître la procédure.
      The agency should be informed by phone without delay,no later than 18:00 on the day of arrival, so that you can be informed of the procedure.

      If you do not do this, we cannot guarantee your arrival.

  • Will I need snow chains to get to Les 2 Alpes ?
    • Anything is possible in the mountains!
      We advise that you bring all necessary equipment, anticipating all possible road conditions.
      Check the weather just before departure.
  • What is included in the crockery inventory?
    • The sufficient quantity of necessary basics.
      If anything is missing, we will replace it by request at reception.
  • Is there a washing machine?
    • No. There are several laundrettes in the resort.
  • Is there a premises check on arrival and departure?
    • The apartments are checked after every departure.
      The premises check on departure also serves as the premises check on arrival.
      You must report any observations within 24 hours of arrival; this will also act as the premises check.
  • Is the deposit payment on my bank card debited from my account? Is the cheque cashed?
    • No, the cheque is retained and will only be cashed in the event of a dispute.
      The amount is held in your account by card and is only debited in the event of a dispute.

  • What is included in the housekeeping cost ?
    • On departure the apartment must be left in the same state as it was found upon your arrival.
      If you choose the housekeeping option, you simply need to empty your bins and do your washing up.
